How we handle your information

LITM.SYSTEMS is a private consulting practice. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep this deliberately simple, because our handling of your data is deliberately simple.
What we collect
Only what you give us: your name, email, business name, and the details you choose to share when you book a consultation, enroll in a cohort, sign in to the client portal, or get in touch.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our systems. We retain a record of the transaction (amount, date, and a reference) to manage your booking.
We send transactional email through Resend: confirmations, sign-in codes, reminders, and notes about your engagement. We do not send marketing email unless you ask to receive it.
Where it lives
Your information is stored securely in our database (Supabase) and used only to schedule and deliver your sessions, process payment, and communicate with you about your work. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it except with the providers above that make the service run.
Cookies and tracking
The site does not run advertising or third-party analytics. The client portal stores a single sign-in token in your browser so you stay logged in; clearing it signs you out.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your information, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Reach us at [email protected].
