A note on domain and hosting: these are paid by you, directly to the provider, and are not included in the fee. We'll recommend the providers we trust and set everything up with you.

How the six weeks run

A weekly working session, with the build happening in between.

Each week pairs a focused strategy hour with hands-on work on your brand, site, and visibility. Momentum is part of the method, so the program is built to be completed in sequence. Enrollment assumes a few things up front.

Readiness: Come with your direction set and your materials ready. The program builds on the decisions you have already made about the business. It sharpens and executes them rather than making them for you.
Participation: Plan for a weekly working session and timely responses in between. Momentum is part of the method, so missed weeks are not carried over, extended, or refunded.
Revisions: Each deliverable includes two rounds of revision. Further changes, or work beyond the agreed scope, are quoted separately. This keeps the engagement fair to everyone's time.

When does it start?

You choose. Sign up by December 31, 2026 to secure your spot and the current rate, then pick a start date that works for you and begin when you are ready.

Is Groundwork really virtual?

Yes, entirely. The weekly working sessions are held over video, and the build happens between them. You can take part from anywhere.

What if I don't have a website or brand yet?

That's the point of the program. Groundwork builds or rebuilds both, along with the search visibility to support them.

Do I need a business plan?

No, Groundwork does not require one. If you already have a business plan and want it reviewed during the cohort, add the optional plan review at checkout. Writing a business plan from scratch is a separate service, not part of this program.

What does it cost beyond the fee?

A domain and web hosting, paid by you directly to the providers. We recommend the ones we trust and set them up with you. Nothing else is hidden.

How much time does it take?

A weekly working session, plus timely responses in between. Momentum is part of the method, so the six weeks are meant to be done in sequence.

Can I pay over time?

Yes. Klarna is available at checkout, so the flat fee can be split into payments.
